Job Description / Responsibility
- Update information regarding company transports, dumpers etc;
- Tracking transports and communicating with the drivers;
- Ensure in time attendance of drivers and helpers in the plant as per schedule
- Ensure that vehicles are leaving factory premises as per schedule without any technical difficulties;
- Response to any departmental mobile call and solve problems of drivers/helpers during delivery discussing with concerned marketing officers;
- Maintain daily information database related to transport and delivery;
- Prepare documents related to delivery of the company products to the customer as per DO.
- Ensure in time delivery of product as per DO
- Any other tasks time to time assigned by the line Manager.
