Job Context

The primary responsibility of the role is to research and resolve merchant disputes while maintaining card member satisfaction and reduce losses to the bank.

Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure necessary communication within the team, merchant, Fraud Risk Management unit, Merchant Back-end Operations
Issue letter upon copy request, charge back request from respective unit
Provide letter to concerned relationship officer to collect required document/s from online & POS merchant.
Follow up and ensure document submission to relevant unit
Instruct reversal request to resolve merchant dispute
Provide instant support regarding merchant inquiry/merchant service
Resolve payment related dispute of merchant
Maintain central MIS & ensure regular reporting

Educational Requirements

4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from reputed universities

Job Requirements

Good command over English language and computer
Good communication & interpersonal skills
