- Looking For : Support Engineer (Dhaka/ Savar/ Khulna)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Answer phone call and maintain prompt email communication.
- Handle customer complain and apply primary troubleshoot procedure for resolving.
- Raise trouble tickets, follow up and update clients periodically.
- Monitoring core network and client connections and notify to the concern person against any outage.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- IP Network Design, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
- Attend client premises to provide technical support.
