Post Name : Manager – Compliance (Internal Audit)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, manage, supervise and lead audit activities in line with best industry practices such as IIA (USA) standards/guidelines, COSO framework, ISO & SOX etc.
- Ensure compliant on Policies and Procedures of of connected regulatory bodies and company.
- Develop and monitor Risk Universe.
- Assess the controls and design appropriate controls for the business.
- Timely evaluation of the internal control system, risk of operation, justification of the cost effectiveness, evaluation of financial statements and suggest for necessary improvement
- Ensure & Conduct monthly internal Compliance checking and prepare report with action plan for remediation.
- Coordinate and responsible for compliance (controls over financial reporting) – including implementation, assessment (walk through), testing, and remediation for deficiencies to ensure ongoing compliance and appropriate actions around deficiencies.
- Ensure periodic system review and compliance.
- Perform special investigation/assignment as suggested by senior management.

- Masters/ MBA, major in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University with ACA/ACCA/CPA/ACMA will get preference.
