Job Description / Responsibility
  • Identify the strengths, weakness of overall customer service, monitor the quality of service, analyze and prepare reports on customer complaints and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular surveys with existing clients to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction; Conduct different surveys on regular projects and new issues as and when required.
  • Provide customer feedback and input to improve product development and delivery.
  • Answer incoming customer calls (Agora Hotline) with basic product information/customer requests and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate with category team to find out the actual cause behind a customer complaint and actively implement the corrective action to resolve a complaint, as well as ensure product availability based on customer feedback.
  • Connect with customers and collect feedback on rolling campaigns.
  • Provide training to employees in new processes and strategies to help with process or sales improvement initiatives
  • Frequently visit Agora’s stores to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure Compliance and QMS processes and procedures so that all related risks are minimized or neutralized.

Educational Requirements
    Graduate, Preferably Business graduate with Marketing Major or Graduate, with relevant knowledge
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Qualified marketing graduate or previous relevant experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Working experience in customer service or sales and know different customer service practices
  • Experience in marketing or advertisement
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical software such as SPSS
  • Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
