Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Limited is a pioneering company in renewable energy sector. It has its dominance in the Solar Home System as well as customized solar power solutions. Company wants to give adequate focus on different market segment especially to on-grid areas for promotion of Solar Systems. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing all program and activities relevant to the position in close collaboration with line managers.

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve individual sales target from assigned customer accounts.
Look after all private, corporate organizations to ensure sales and growth.
Ensure sector specific sales project development and back office support to meet sales target.
Prepare document & report assign by on-grid manager.
Generate field office visit for better understanding the opportunities and weaknesses of present business in the market
Frequent field visit for site survey, implementation & monitoring of projects.
Ensure product promotion through telemarketing and look for opportunity areas
Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
Visit and analyze competitor activities to collect information for business strategy
Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales and customer visit.
Report market and competitor situation and look for opportunity areas.
Attend customer complain and resolve those within agreed time to improve customer satisfaction.
Documentation of internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements.
Co-ordinate with production, Quality Assurance, Engineering & Technical Departments and other cross functional departments for smooth execution of orders.
