- Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Limited is a pioneering company in renewable energy sector. It has its dominance in the Solar Home System. Company wants to give adequate focus on appliance sales (TV, Fan, Bio mass cooker, LED Light along with VBCA Business Model). The incumbent will be responsible for implementing all program and activities relevant to the position in close collaboration with line managers.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect adequate market information in formulating and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
- Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
- Ensure sales achievement as per ABP.
- Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
- Ensure after sales service (Module, Battery, Accessories) in favor to the customers.
- Planned market and customer visit.
- Devises new ways to increase sales and productivity in the territory.
- Manages territory budget and ensures that all expenses stay within that budget.
- Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
- Manage distribution, sales, service of respective market.
- People management, develop and manage Sr. service technician.
