Job Description / Responsibility
- Prioritize and check incoming mails, phone calls etc of behalf of SCM head and follow up outstanding action.
- Must have strong communication skills with overseas vendors and inter departments.
- Maintain Schedules and dairy of Head of Supply chain and ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
- Act as liaison between the SCM head, own dept’s team & other departments as per requirement.
- To prepare the draft of letters/memo/e-mail etc. as instructed by SCM head.
- Set up meetings and appointments between dept. head and vendors (local & foreign).
- Preparation and distribution of meeting agenda, minutes and schedule meetings & events (internal & external).
- Visa application and making other travel arrangements.
- Preparing and distributing various reports
- Follow up market visit of team members.
- Any other task assigned by SCM Head.
