Job Description / Responsibility
- Regular Inventory management system at Store.
- Support to store management for store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
- Plan, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space.
- Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Prepare & check MRR, SRR, Register Books, Gate Pass, and Invoice lists.
- Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
- Ensure compliance of warehouse activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
- Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Help HOD to Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process.
- Managing distribution & delivery process efficiently and effectively.
