Job Description / Responsibility
- Capacity to achieve sales and realization targets as per planning and contribute to the profitability of business through maximization of realization ensuring customer satisfaction through commercial and technical initiatives.
- Capable to Identify and develop new customers to increase sales with new product development strategy.
- Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals. Analyze the competitors’ market data and submit reports to Management.
- Prepare long, mid and short-term International market development plan as per company objective. Motivate and guide sales team/marketing team to achieve revenue target.
- Monitor and ensure sales collection to keep debtors outstanding within target limit.
- To ensure customer satisfaction through technical, marketing and commercial support with faster response to customer queries.
- Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning. Any other job assign by Management.
- As achieve sales target growth per business plan.
