Job Description / Responsibility
- Organize & perform inspection & testing prior to Start up and Changeover Clearance for every production operation in cephalosporin building.
- Organize & perform routine In-process inspection & testing at fixed intervals to control every steps of Capsule process, PFS Process, Tablet Process, Blending, Encapsulation, Compression, Film Coating, Powder Feeling, Blister Packaging, Secondary Packing (2 lines), over printing, Bottle washing & Drying etc.
- Quarantined Finished Products Checking & Product Release of cephalosporin building.
- Checking, review & evaluation of Batch History File prior to Product Release of cephalosporin building
- Retention/ PD Sample (cephalosporin products) collection, processing and transfer to retention store/PD.
- Inspection, Checking & Control of all Dispensing activities of cephalosporin building.
- Routine Calibration, performance checking, cleaning and routine maintenance of all IPQC instruments.
- Toll manufacturing activities
