Job Description / Responsibility
- The position requires an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. Who will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential coordination and clerical duties to support different projects/ programs
- Coordinate and Provide for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the unit and partners
- Maintain database of farmers, channel partners, files and records with effective computing and filing systems
- Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling and executing campaigns etc.)
- Facilitate marketing project implementation and monitor expenditures
- Monitor and reconcile budget and maintain financial documentation
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and ensure proper storage of documents
- Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on status of projects.
