Job Description / Responsibility
- Checking daily transport movement log sheets and log book.
- Ensuring all vehicles’ servicing and maintenance on time.
- Prepare monthly cost report of vehicle repair-maintenance.
- Complete the periodical inspection and repair of all vehicles with the help of technician by procuring spares through purchase section.
- Update and maintain all documents related with BRTA.
- Responsible for proper documentation of repair works.
- Prepare periodic report on vehicles usage, fuel consumption, service record etc.
- Responsible to handle the accident cases with concerned department.
- Liaison with related department i.e. police, local authorities etc.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
