Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash and bank book maintenance.
- Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Maintain up to date, accurate accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system.
- Checking the monthly reconciliation statement ,such as Bank reconciliation, Receivable reconciliation, Payable reconciliation, etc;
- Prepare, organize and handle all tax & Joint stock documents, reports and statements.
- Specialization in IT Network and Exchange Server Management.
- Website site development for client support.
- Marketing & Communicating with Clients.
- Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
- New Client acquisition from open market.
- Generate and achieve brokerage targets.
- Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Carry out trades for customers (over the phone or walk-in).
- Any other task assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
- M.Com/ MBA-Finance/ Accounting or M.Sc./ B.Sc. background from any reputed university/ institution.
