Job Description / Responsibility
- Technical knowhow with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10.
- Sound knowledge on network design and implementation.
- Network troubleshooting for LAN and Wi-Fi.
- Monitoring Wi-Fi router on a regular basis.
- Providing strong IT & data security for every workstation.
- Monitoring and reporting for any sorts of network and system failure.
- Dealing with vendor and take necessary action.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Setting up and troubleshooting E-mail accounts with Outlook (2007, 2010 and 2013).
- Maintaining records of software licenses and IT inventory such as Laptop, Desktop, UPS, Printer, Scanner etc.
- Managing stocks of network equipment’s, and other IT materials for critical issues.
- Taking care of CCTV(IP Camera) and regular monitoring it for ensuring uptime.
- Taking care of accesscontrol (finger print) and downloading data from reader daily.
- Keep daily work log for every technical support.
