Job Description / Responsibility
- Newly recruited MTO (Management Trainee Officer) ‘s has to go through an extensive training program. After successful completion of training program and assessing their individual performance personnel will be assigned to a particular Job under respective Department. If selected then need to be committed to be remain as maf shoes family member for at least 3 years.

- Post Graduate with honor’s from only well reputed public/ private universities ( Any public universities and Private universities: NSU, IUB, CIUB, EDU, BRAC, EDU, AIUB only) . Marketing and Science faculties will get preference. Those are from National university, pls don’t need to apply.
