Job Context
- Have to look after Sales Area Accounts. Posting will be anywhere in Bangladesh. Reporting to Head Office.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Update and analyze sales report for different business channel and report to Head Office Accounts
- Prepare monthly Area Accounts Report (Sales, Expense, Credit Card Sales, Bank Deposit and so on)
- Maintain outlet wise inventory in software
- Ensure monthly inventory of all outlets and report to Head Office Accounts
- Maintain records of delivery summary, inter transfer of goods, discount and other records for efficient inventory
- Ensure petty cash are maintained according to budget and recorded accordingly
- Develop the area sales staff about concerned Accounts Issues
